Professional solutions in building and environmental acoustics
The acoustic impact assessment can be carried out exclusively by a Competent Technician in Acoustics (TCA) registered in the National Registry. Through specific sound level measurements and specialized technical reports, we guarantee regulatory compliance and professional precision.
We determine whether the work or activity complies with the sound emission and immission limits of the area and adjacent zones. Necessary in the planning phase before startup or for existing activities with variations, municipal/ARPA reports, or disputes. Aimed at obtaining the authorization documents for the operation of the activity.
The DPCM 14/11/97 requires that a Competent Technician in Acoustics carries out an acoustic impact assessment to certify that the new activity's systems do not disturb third parties, respecting the regulatory limits regarding environmental acoustics.
In the Municipality of Rome, the acoustic insulation component accounts for the highest number of points (40) to obtain the commercial SCIA. We include: Form B/S - Acoustic impact clearance for bars, garages, workshops, restaurants, parking lots, body shops, and tire shops.
For temporary construction site activities, a predictive assessment is required to verify that the noise levels of the operations do not exceed regulatory limits. In case of possible exceedances, it is possible to request a derogation from the Municipality, which will forward it to ARPA for a technical opinion.
For permanent or temporary public entertainment activities (fairs, concerts, events), a predictive report is required to obtain municipal clearance. If necessary, a derogation for a limited period can be requested, subject to ARPA's opinion with 60 days for a response.
