Normal Tolerability, defined by Art. 844, establishes that it is not possible to emit noise into a neighbor's property beyond normal tolerability. The criterion is quantified by the 3-decibel limit: the difference between sound levels in the presence and absence of the noise cannot exceed 3 dB.
